Your character is shaped by your relationship with your redeemer. Ruth is a love story, more than between just Boaz and Ruth, but between you and God! The kind of love that replenishes and restores us on a daily basis. A love that will never fail you or let you go. A love that left Heaven to come and be born as a baby. Walked this earth as a servant to die on the cross for you and I. He died a despised and rejected main, but still cried out, “Lord, forgive them for they don’t know what they do.”

He calls us to risk, but He took it a step further. He didn’t just risk His life, He GAVE His life. So why should we move, speak, risk, sacrifice? Because the biggest blessing that can attain in life is not only know Him, but to be known by Him.
